Wonder Woman will depend on her enemies to win.
Steve continues to be tortured by Cadulo and both Diana and Cheetah are planning what to do with the monster once they find him.
This was still decent but once again demonstrates why this segment is not as good as the origin one.
Greg Rucka continues his story about the lies that were told to everyone including both Diana and Cheetah. The characterization is still solid due that Diana continues to show her classic compassionate side and tries to help others while facing the monsters that have captured Steve.
The thing is that just like many issues from this particular storyline, the writing can be pretty heavyhanded. From the constant use of words like "lies" and "truth" during the early chapters to the recent and blatant use of buzzwords to support the theme of the book (because you can't have a talk about feminism without bluntly mentioning toxic masculinity) to finally, showing how one-dimensional and one-sided the villain is by making state that "All women are weak!". I'm sure there are better ways to demonstrate a point without going to the extremes don't you think?
Liam Sharp's artwork continues to be pretty good looking although at times the storytelling and proportions can be a bit off.
Not one of the best but still an okay read.
