Not even The Flash can stop Godspeed.
August has revealed his true nature to Barry and now he will need all the help from the other Speedsters to stop the murderer but it might be too late already.
This issue worked better than the last one but it still doesn't fix some of the issues.
Joshua Williamson offers a new chapter where he focuses on the fight between The Flash and Godspeed. The way how August ended-up becoming the villain is still predictable as hell but to be fair, Williamson tries to reveal how he handles his own sort of justice in way that makes sense (I still have problems about how he went crazy so fast though). The characterization for the rest of the cast is solid and the writer gives most of them a nice moment in the spotlight.
There's also a solid amount of content by delivering a lot of plot progression based on how Barry's ideas about how to beat Godspeed and they're connected to classic Speed Force mythos. Plus, the relationship between Wally and him continues to develope in a solid manner.
However, I don't feel like any of these segments are executed greatly. They're decently handled but not in a way that leaves you a great impression which has been a common complaint with Williamson's work since the beginning.
Carmine Di Giandomenico is in charge of the artwork and is still pretty fitting due to his kinetic style but some of the character proportions can look awkward at times.
Decent overall but I hope this story is over soon.
