Some thoughts about The Wild Storm #10

A war is coming.

Henry Bendix is planning his new step and people around the world are starting to demonstrate a bigger role than they ever expected.

This worked a little better.

Warren Ellis continues his development of this world by introducing and expanding most of its characters. Every scene where Henry Bendix appears is a joy to watch and I don't think the slow progression would bother me so much if he made more appearances here, he's simply full of personality.

The rest of the cast receive more exploration including Jenny Mei Sparks and The Doctor whose connection is starting to get revealed while other classic Wildstorm characters like Jask Hawksmoor finally get a quite compelling introduction.

Jon Davis-Hunt remains in art duties and his work is still really good thanks to his wonderful storytelling that complements Ellis' writing perfectly.

Quite good read, I just hope the next one arrives sooner.
