Some thoughts about Harley Quinn #33

Harley will have to deal with something she's not used to: Grief.

Everyone is suffering after the death of Mason, especially Harley who will have to do everything in her power to avoid thinking about it.

Well, this worked pretty nicely.

Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner bring one of their final chapters focusing on the ramifications from the last one with Harley being devastated after Mason's funeral. The characterization is pretty good not only from Harley but also from the whole supporting cast, characters like Big Tony show some surprising moments of depth due to the current situation and Madame Macabre react appropriately after the death of her son.

This also creates solid character development for Harley who is apparently trying to ignore the problem by dealing with her usual adventures which provide a few fun scenes but knowing the authors, this is bound to get consequences.

Bret Blevins, Otto Schmidt and Moritat share the pencils and the result is a bit inconsistent but looks fine during their respective segments.

Pretty enjoyable, hope the road to the finale is just as good.
