Some thoughts about Superman #15

This is the day where everyone is united.

The war against Rogol Zaar is over and now all the planets, even people from the future are coming to celebrate peace.

This is nothing more than an epilogue but even for that it was really lacking in content.

Brian Bendis delivers the "final chapter" of this storyline where everyone is basically just happy of having getting rid of Rogol Zaar which at least is a sentiment that most readers can relate to. However, this is an issue where aside from that, barely anything happens and there isn't much to talk about it although I must admit that I got a bit of a laugh when the Legion of Super-Heroes asked Jon to name this day and I yelled: "WHY?! HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING IN THIS STORY!" (Yes, and the reasons why he got older are equally as bad and useless).

There are a few sub-plots like how General Zod is finally calling for peace and maybe even rebuilding Krypton (Sure, let's see how long that lasts) and the Legion might ask Jon to join them to which I say: "No, leave that kid alone, leave him as a kid". Then again, the issue is over before you think too much about it.

Ivan Reis doesn't disappoint though thanks to his beautiful and vibrant style.

Aside from that, you miss nothing if you skip this.
