Some thoughts about Teen Titans #20

The Teen Titans are about to meets their end.

A site has been trolling supervillains and Monsieur Mallah and the Brain are not taking such thing well. Now is up to the team to stop them before is too late.

Well, Tony Bedard is here people and while this story doesn't show something particularly impressive, is still not as dull as I was expecting.

The characterization follows a lot of the developments that occurred lately with Tim trying to prepare the team after being defeated so many times. Is pretty obvious that Bedard wants to make the group disband so the new line-up can be ready for relaunch. In terms of portrayal, there's nothing off here but also nothing new or compelling enough to be invested into.

There are some fun moments though like the creation of a troll site designated to make fun of supervillains which present a few nice jokes and the depiction of the Brain and Mallah's relationship seems on-point but aside from that, the story is derivative and a bit too short.

Ian Churchill handles the artwork and is solid with nice looking character models and decent action scenes.

Not sold about this but I was predicting worse.
