Who can save the Multiverse?
Batman and Wonder Woman are trying to rescue Superman but they will need the help of even more heroes if they want to stop this crisis.
Okay, this worked a little better than previous issues admitedly.
Scott Snyder offers a new installment where he actually delivers interesting scenes. For one, the issue is mostly focused on offering cool moments from different characters, Jonah Hex, Wonder Woman, Superman and a few others, is actually surprising that Snyder managed to keep his Batfanboyism at minimum to make the rest of the cast shine (although is also present at times, "Bats are never tacky" ugh). This allows for more variety in the different segments and speaking of which, there are many references in each one of them including Final Crisis and its multiple teams.
Then again, the usual problems can also be present like the EXTREME fanboyism towards The Batman who Laughs/Darkest Knight who is now so powerful that can basically catch The Flash and is just nauseating. This ill-conceived concept needs to die already.
Greg Capullo's artwork is amazing, his style is so flexible that he's able to create different looking segments each time and with a lot of detail.
Not bad for once but not sure if things will continue this way.
