Captain Cold has gone insane with power and not even his family can stop him. Is up to Barry to face him but by doing so he might be close to crossing the line.
This story comes to a conclusion and it's fine enough.
Joshua Williamson offers a new installment where he puts an end to Captain Cold's reign. The battle between Barry and him provides decent moments of characterization from most characters, especially the Rogues, and the battle finishes appropriately.
That being said, I think this arc as a whole was rather weak, not bad per se but I was expecting more considering how well Williamson handled this series and villains so far and in comparison, there are not many memorable moments here. Although there's yet another development concerning Barry's powers here.
Rafa Sandoval handles the art and is solid with a flexible style and clear storytelling.
Serviceable ending but the next one better be better.
