Some thoughts about Lois Lane #7

Who is trying to kill Lois Lane?

Lois and Renee's investigations is not progressing the way they hoped and things are about to get worse once that their lives are put in danger.

More of the same overall.

Greg Rucka delivers a new chapter where there's not a lot of progression but at least there's good character interactions once again. The dynamic between all the different characters is well-done being either between Lois and Clark or Lois and Renee and I'm still surprised at how much chemistry the latter two have considering they never had memorable relationships before and it's especially funny when Lois stops Renee from flirting with girls.

The story doesn't move much though with just a few hints being dropped about where things are going and an intriguing cliffhanger at the end I guess? Not a lot besides that though.

Mike Perkins remains in art duties and his work is still pretty solid at handling character expressions but the storytelling can be a bit messy at times, particularly at the final page when is not really clear what happened.

Decent read, hope the next one offers more though.
