Some thoughts about Batman: Curse of the White Knight #6

Who is Bruce Wayne?

The Joker's plans have been successful and now he's willing to take down Batman's whole world in many different ways.

This issue offered quite a few twists.

Seam Murphy delivers a new installment where he plays with the history he has been developing so far. The background about the Waynes is further explored with more details being given about actual events that happened in the past and here comes the big surprise, one that alters that complete history of Bruce Wayne and his family and creates a brand new direction for Batman. This actually emphasizes a lot of the dark themes about a flawed Dark Knight that Murphy has been implementing in this universe and so, it feels perfectly fitting.

The interaction between the characters remains as one of the highlights and I must say that Murphy continues to write a pretty solid Harley and her interactions with the rest of the cast is really well-done, especially with Jack/Joker since their last exchange was particularly touching.

Murphy's grim and gritty style delivers a lot of detail once again, getting the best from the script and creating a great tone.

Great read, need to see what happens next.
