Some thoughts about The Terrifics #21

The Terrifics are lost in time.

The travels of the team have taken to the 70s this time and The Terribles might be beat them before they even return to their own time.

Not as good as the last one sadly.

Gene Luen Yang delivers a new chapter where he continues with the time travel shenanigans. While I thought half of the last issue was good because it played with the idea of the 90s and how everyone was nostalgic for it, the 70s doesn't resonate with most of them because they were not even born although the idea is preserved, the sentiment is not as strong (Plus, the 70s were just not as interesting as the 90s as a whole).

Not to mention that there's less content than in the last issue. There are fun moments here and there but it feels as a repetitition from the previous chapter and concludes abruptly because it needs to tie-in to the Year of the Villain crossover and I hate that.

Stephen Segovia's art is solid though with expressive characters and clear storytelling.

Kinda underwhelming, not sure what to expect next.
