Orphan and Signal are not enough.
The assassins of Ra's Al Ghul are coming for the Outsiders and not even the combined forces of Duke and Cassandra can face them, especially once the mother of the latter appears.
Yeah, this is continuing the same trend sadly.
Bryan Hill delivers a new chapter that is mostly full of action and very little plot progression once again. Is not like there aren't things to appreciate here since as usual, the writer manages to get a bit of character work for the conversations between the characters and a few plot-points are being planted here.
Unfortunately, that's not enough to make this issue look like it isn't devoid of content. The story moves at a snail pace and almost everything is dedicated to fight scenes after fight scenes which can be tiring especially because the last issue was almost the same.
Dexter Soy handles the art and is still great with a pretty kinetic style that gets the best from pretty much everything.
Aside from that though, next issue better conclude things.
