Who is the biggest suspect?
Batman is gathering a team of detectives and is looking for the person responsible of Leviathan and it could be one of his closest ones.
This story continues and is actually much better than the opening chapter.
Brian Bendis offers a new installment where he explores the idea of Leviathan and how that affects the rest of the world. The events that happen beyond the typical investigation are pretty solid due that they involve characters like Plastic Man, Sam Lane and The Question which gives them time to shine and showcase their own perspective about what's happening while depicting their personalities perfectly.
Although the investigation is also well-handled due that the issue opens in a pretty typical way only to escalate quickly towards the end once that the major suspect is revealed and while I saw it coming, I must admit that this was well-handled. Also, things are not quite revealed yet so this could be just a mislead.
Alex Maleev remains in art duties and his work is still really appropriate for the tone of the plot thanks to his realistic and gritty style.
Good read, hope things stay this way.
