The world is in chaos and in the middle of the battle, Tiger has been forced to give Spyral to both Lois and Clark and both will have to figure out the cause of all of this.
This is getting pretty interesting.
Brian Bendis offers a new installment where he continues to play with concepts that are not really connected to Superman and it surprisingly works better than it should. The introduction of characters like Manhunter into the mix seems out of place at first but good Lord, is great to see Kate Spencer in costume again and Bendis even throws a few good jokes in the scene. Others like Huntress are more understandable due to her connection to Spyral and she contributes with the investigation. Thing is that these characters are the ones you usually see connected to Batman but their involvement here is pretty entertaining and justifies their place in that regard.
The plot progresses as a mystery where many key players play important roles in it and makes you wonder what is going to be their next respective move and of course, the most important question who is actually handling this whole attack?
Steve Epting handles the art and is really good looking with a clean style and really expressive characters that tell story perfectly.
