Can Wonder Woman fight against love?
Atlantiades has used their influence to take over a whole town and make them follow their hearts but once that's not enough, they will come for everyone involved.
This is still surprisingly interesting. Although I don't understand what's up with the cover since Diana didn't know that person.
G. Willow Wilson delivers a new installment where she explores even further the themes of love and passion from the last issue. Atlantiades is presented as a deity who represents attraction in both male and female form which is pretty appropriate I would say and automatically makes the rest of the cast enamored with them. They also serve as a good foil for Diana because they show how the current relationship with Steve might not be susteinable in the long term, sure, that might have been caused by her own insecurities but they're still legitimate reasons.
The story progresses in a fast way and shows how just because the people of the town followed their desires, that doesn't necessarily make them happy because each action have consequences and they all have to take responsibility for them which is pretty realistic.
Xermanico remains in art duties and his work is still really good thanks to his unique and beautiful style that depicts the story perfectly.
Good stuff, hope things stay this way.
