Who can help Batman?
Bruce is trapped in his own nightmares and now the only person who can help him is Selina but she might also be just part of his subconscious.
This arc continues and while delivering a few interesting points, it's still not working as a whole.
Tom King offers a new chapter where he continues to dwell into the idea that someone has trapped Bruce in a bunch of nightmares. There is a decent character study going on here, particularly concerning the aftermath of Selina leaving Bruce before their wedding, and this is told in an intriguing manner by creating a conversation between Selina and the Question that almost feels real and actually touches appropriate aspects like the fact that Bruce has only got worse without Selina.
The thing is that this feels fairly repetitive and another case where King is just retelling what has been happening during his run and for that reason this chapter doesn't offer much new from that angle and seems rather light in content. Not to mention that the dialogue can be annoying as always.
Jorge Bornes' art is really good though, with a solid ability at depicting character expressions during the conversations that perfectly depict their emotions.
Not bad, not great. Let's see how things finally end.
