What is the greatest trick of all?
Barry has returned to Central City only to find out that everyone seems strangely happy, too happy for their own good.
This story arc properly opens and does it solidly.
Joshua Williamson delivers a new installment where he reveals what are Trickster's new plans. The story initially starts as a mystery where everyone seems weirdly happy and this reflects in Barry's characterization due that he starts to have doubts about complete happiness being hard to achieve.
This is of course, too good to be true and the plot escalates up to the point where it starts getting genuinely terrifying because of the true nature of this state and all of this plays with the presence of James Jesse who is planning something even bigger.
Scott Kolins handles the art and his work is pretty reminiscent of his classic run with Geoff Johns with a lot of detail in every page.
Good read, hope the next one continues this trend.
