Some thoughts about Cyborg #6

Cyborg is not alone anymore.

By trying to save a woman's life, Victor has transformed her into a variant of himself but little he knows that this could be for the worst.

Well, thank God they didn't go for "She-Borg" like in the solicits.

John Semper Jr. continues his story by delivering a new but flawed chapter. Semper focuses on the creation of Variant and how that contrasts with Vic's own nature. The parallels between both characters is done solidly and their relationship is developed adequately up to the end once that you realize what is actually happening.

However, Semper's dialogue can be a bit of a miss with some awkward lines here and there and characters saying more than they should. Plus, there are some glances of odd characterization with Vic acting a bit more stupid than he should in presence of Variant.

Will Conrad handles the artwork and is pretty solid with very expressive characters and vibrant action scenes.

Mixed thoughts about this one, hope the next is better.
