Will the Teen Titans escape?
Someone has been manipulating the team and now all of them will have to find a way to get out of a building that is about to crush them all.
Once again, this proves to be pretty satisfying.
Adam Glass implements the last cliffhanger by creating character development from it. As we learned during last chapter, the team fell into a trap and now they're about to die unless they manage to work together. The way how Glass utilizes this tense situation to make the bonds between the characters stronger makes a lot of sense because of how desperate they are and this forces them to start revealing some of their secrets and finally trust each other which culminates in a pretty fulfilling resolution.
The dialogue certainly contributes a lot to the that since the conversations between the cast remains engaging at every moment. The directions of each one of the members of the cast continues to be explored as well and they seem really interesting so far.
Bernard Chang's artwork is solid as usual thanks to his expressive character models and precise storytelling.
Good read, can't wait for the next one.
