Is Oliver Queen actually guilty?
The Citizen has accused Oliver of murder and now he will have to prove his innocense in any way possible.
I almost forgot this story was still going actually.
Heroes in Crisis must have come as a surprise even for DC writers due that the last issue completely broke the flow of the current arc, I'm not complaining about that chapter though since it was a good chapter, I'm complaining about the whole nature of the event and how it forced to kill Roy Harper and Oliver to react to it.
As a continuation though, this works really well. The investigation that both Ollie and Dinah conduct is really solid while the characters are adequately portrayed depending on the situation. This also leads to a pretty interesting theme where the Citizen's true means and intentions are revealed and they turn out to be rather selfish and one-sided due that the only thing he wants is Oliver's name to be destroyed and is even willing to inculprit him of a terrible thing to do so. This is pretty sound social commentary and touches a pretty interesting topic that I rarely see being explored.
The chapter offers a great amount of content as well by showing a lot of plot progression, action and character development. The story concludes in a cliffhanger that makes sense in context.
German Peralta handles the art and is really good looking thanks to the appealing character models and strong action scenes.
Good read, can't wait for the next one.
