Etta's life depends on Wonder Woman.
After the last attack, Diana is pretty worried about her friend's safety and things are going to get even more dangerous once that a new enemy appears.
Nothing to hate here but nothing to love either.
Shea Fontana offers a new chapter where she tries to develop more of Diana and Etta's relationship and while it seems on-point, it also fails at delivering any meaningful progress. The characterization seems on-point, at least on a basic level, with Diana and Etta acting in a logical way considering the last event and showing an appropriate connection based on the years they have known each other. The thing is this doesn't deliver any new aspects of their relationship nor the characters themselves so is quite predictable.
The story is much more underwhelming since the appearance of a new villain is handled in a quite average manner with a common fight where we barely learn anything about her. In fact the issue barely has any plot so it feels quite light in content.
David Messina is in charge of the artwork and is solid with good character expressions and action scenes.
Is a pretty safe issue but quite unremarkable, what you can expect from this run I guess.
