Orion's arrival could mean the end for the Green Lantern Corps.
Hal is trying to figure out who is chasing the son of Highfather and by doing so, they all will have to make a necessary sacrifice.
The story continues without missing any action beats.
Robert Venditti brings a new installment where he continues to explore the reason behind Orion's appearance and how that affects the entire Corps. The action scenes are some of the best parts of the issue thanks to intense and well-paced fight segments that feel like a huge blockbuster event and that is appropriate because this is all connected to the current DC event Metal in a way that makes sense.
That doesn't mean that there isn't character work since there are little details being delivered about the cast here and there based on their reactions, especially from John who reminisces one of his most traumatic moments.
Rafa Sandoval returns to art duties and his work is quite energetic and vibrant which is especially fitting during the kinetic battles the chapter presents.
Exciting read, the next one better arrive soon.
