How can Earth 2 survive this?

Hawkgirl and The Flash are in peril. Batman and his team find a terrible secret. Green Lantern will finally learn what happened to his lover.

First of all, that cover is a lie, that scene doesn't occur and thank God because that dialogue was painful.

However, while I didn't really like half of what happened here, I must admit the other half wasn't bad.

I didn't particularly like the Batman and team section due that they're focusing on something that should have been forgotten already. It has some interesting ramifications though.

Plus, I also detest how Hawkgirl like she didn't know Doctor Fate/Khalid which is ridiculous considering that they knew each other even before meeting the other wonders. Not to mention that Grundy still looks out of character.

Nonetheless, there's a classic JSA character who appears here and that most people, including myself, were waiting for.

Also, is good to see that the Sam sub-plot is finally progressing and is an interesting development.

The art is still awful and it doesn't help the story.

Overall, this was actually passable if you can ignore some of its worst parts.
