Oliver has decided to save all the people he can despite that this might be completely out of his possibilities. Sadly, not all of them will be able to escape.
I have to say that I'm really enjoying this chaptes focusing on single stories.
The issue is concentrated in Green Arrow and how he's trying to help the people from Cadmus. It was pretty good to see two stories connect and give resolution to a lot of the plot points that were planted in previous chapters. It creates a pretty compelling read.
There are also great moments for all the characters including Oliver, Emiko, Fury and Barda. I especially loved how Ollie used one of the most ridiculous weapons from his arsenal.
Tom Raney's artwork is not so good unfortunately. I usually like his style but here it looks pretty awkward and rushed at times.
Still, this was a quite satisfactory installment. Recommended.
