Some thought West Coast Avengers #3

How will the West Coast Avengers defeat the giant monsters?

B.R.O.D.O.K. is trying to get revenge upon all the people who rejected him and now this is about to cause the worst change to Kate.

This book continues and is still a fun tale overall.

Kelly Thompson delivers a new installment where she delivers the classic team dynamics that you can expect from this book. The way how each and every member of the cast receive a decent amount of time in the spotlight is appreciated and it allows for fun conversations between the characters. The individual heroes shine on their own as well, Gwenpool is particularly entertaining because of her 4th wall breaking commentaries. I have a few issues though since characters like... Kate's boyfriend (Still can't remember his name) are still pretty bland and the romance between Quentin Quire and Gwenpool is still nauseatingly predictable but aside from that, not much problem in terms of portrayals.

The story implements a few classic themes about how beauty is not in the outside which goes along with some of the social commentary that Thompson did during her Hawkeye run and the plot allows with fun moments and surprises concerning giant monsters.

Stefano Caselli's artwork is still stunning with beautiful characters and great storytelling.

Good read, hope the conclusion is appropriate.
