Wonder Woman and Maxwell Lord will have to face yet another supervillain.
Diana and Max have gone to Miami but there's not enough time to go on vacation due that strange beings are threatening the turists.
New story and is a pretty enjoyable one.
Mariko Tamaki continues her ongoing plot of making Maxwell Lord and important part of the book and she's succeeding so far. Once again, the dynamic between Diana and Max is one of the highlights because of their entertaining conversations, I particularly like how Tamaki portrays Max as in-between his villanous portrayals and his most humorous appearances during the Justice League International days.
The plot itself is rather simple but gets the point and offers a nice twist about the villain of the week angle. Plus, the ongoing plot-point about Max's daughter and the complicated relationship he has with Diana are further developed.
Steve Pugh handles the art and I love the character expressions he creates, I really like how he depicts Diana incredibly tall.
Good read, hope the next one continues this trend.
