How can the Superfamily beat this threat?
The organization that has been controlling Metropolis all this time has been discovered but they're not going to go down without giving a fight.
This continues to drag.
Brian Bendis is about to conclude his work on the Superman line with less than successful results. First of all, the narration and dialogue are overwritten in the worst way possible since most of the lines are rather useless and make most scenes seem like padding. Second, the fact that Bendis killed the red-haired firewoman from early on his run makes sense now considering he's going to leave the book but it doesn't make it feel any more pointless. Third, that cover is a lie, that doesn't really happen in this issue.
The "plot" is mostly centered around things that we already know and Superman for some reason is just figuring out while also adding boring action scenes (which are a specialty for Bendis). The little plot progression moments are barebones and barely achieve anything.
JRJR's art is fine although is definitely rushed and I'm starting to see many faces from his other works being repeated here.
Just dull. Just wait for things to end.
