Hal has just found out the source of the Darkstars' powers and that might be what they needed to turn the tides on this battle.
This is all coming together.
Robert Venditti offers a short yet sweet chapter focusing on the final stage of this war. The issue focuses mostly on action but is really well-paced being able to show strong battle scene after strong battle scene, all of this escalating powerfully to the inevitable end between the two key players of both teams.
The little character moments from the whole cast is also appreciated including a few comedic scenes that help to break the tension along with effective scenes where the ideals of both sides clash.
Rafa Sandoval is one of the biggest reasons why this whole conflict is so engaging. His energetic artstyle depicts every action segment perfectly and makes even the more personal moments much more appealing.
Solid installment, can't wait to see the conclusion.
