Recommendations from the week October 1st 2014

In the following order:

1. Gotham Academy #1: Most beautiful book of the week.
2. Silver Surfer #6: Just an incredibly enjoyable book.
3. Aquaman and the Others #6: Yes, this was entertaining.
4. Wonder Woman #34: Great back to basics.
5. Justice League #34: Aside from the art, it was quite good.
6. Green Lantern/New Gods: Godhead #1: Good beginning for this event.
7. Green Lantern #35: Solid continuation of this event.
8. Action Comics #35: Another good back to basics.
9. Justice League 3000 #10: Nice conclusion for the Five arc.
10. Grayson #3: A bit heavyhanded but I liked what it tried to do.
11. Futures End #22: Decent chapter but nothing really else.
12. Thor #1: Was expecting more but it was still well-written.

No recommendations for Green Arrow since it became even worse after I thought more about it nor for Lobo since it was simply okay. Good week still.
