In the middle of the war that is destroying worlds, John will have to face another threat in the form of one of the most powerful mages from that planet. How will be able to survive.
An Earth 2: Worlds End tie-in but not really.
Ray Fawkes continues his work on this series by exploiting the current scenario of Earth 2 in his favor and delivers one of the strongest issues from that line. Constantine once again faces a powerful wizard who could destroy him but using he manages to defeat him in a pretty smart way.
It was also interesting to see the John Constantine from Earth 2 and this will certainly be a strong plot-point in future issues.
If I had a complaint though, is that this issue seemingly killed a pretty interesting character from that universe. But hey, that's the Earth 2 way currently.
Jeremy Haun is on pencils and his work is beautiful. He manges to capture every scene from the script perfectly and his style is a perfect fit for this book.
Satisfactory issue, even the tie-ins from this series rock.
