Can Wally West forgive himself?
Wally's journey through the Multiverse has taking him to a world populated by vampires and an old friend.
This series continues and while this issue is not as good as previous ones, it still touches important points.
Scott Lobdell offers a new installment where he plays with one of his favorite characters. The arrival of Wally to the Batman & Dracula universe presents an interesting premise but the biggest aspect that Lobdell handles is the appearance of Roy Harper which makes sense considering Lobdell's history with the character and he does a good job at giving the character respect and an understandable connection to Wally. In fact, I would say that this is yet another send-off from Lobdell to Roy.
The story doesn't progress much but it works to give Wally some development like start forgiving himself for what he did and even creates a few interesting moments like Barry thanking Wally for freeing him from his curse.
Brett Booth's art is appropriate for the action scenes and even shows good expressions from time to time.
Decent read, hope the next one offers more development.
