Some thoughts about Grayson #19

The end is coming for Grayson.

Dick is currently realizing that his whole organization has been manipulated all this time and now he will be forced to face people he called his partners. However, he must always remember who he actually is.

Yeah, this continues to work quite well.

Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly continue their little run on the title by developing the different plot-points that Tim Seeley and Tom King created in pretty accurate manners. The sense of style might not be the same but the direction certainly is with many of the characters, concepts and sub-plots being depicted in a way that makes sense considering everything that happened before.

The characterization is quite good with some scenes like the fight between Dick and Tiger particularly shining because of their portrayals and showing how much their relationship evolved during the course of the story while showcasing how unique Dick is as a character.

Roge Antonio handles artwork and is a decent effort that doesn't look that beautiful but it does depict the story appropriately.

Satisfying overall, hope the upcoming conclusion is just as good.
