Some thoughts about Supergirl #26

Supergirl's world is about to crash, again.

Kara has been reminiscing how her life on earth has been developing over the past few months and all the mistakes that she has commited while a new menace in the form of Lobo comes to earth to search for the person who has been using his name.

*sigh* Okay, let's get this out of the way, this was an average issue. Tony Bedard does a solid job at portraying Lobo but other than that is quite underwhelming. The depressing direction that they have been taking with Kara from the last few issues has gotten old and worst of all, her voice is not particularly distinctive. Some of the ideas were a bit interesting like how Dr. Veritas having a lot of what appears to be clones of herself working for her but other than that, nothing really impressive. Also, the "cliffhanger" from the last page is not a cliffhanger at all.

The bright side here is the art of Yldiray Cinar and is wonderful, really expressive and attractive.

As I said, pretty average issue. Not sure if I will keep reading.
