Some thoughts about Batwoman #26

After the supernatural threats, Batwoman is finally going to face more common one, that doesn't mean it will be easy though.

Kate Kane and her girlfriend Maggie Sawyer are attending into an art gallery where one of Kate's old friends is an expert. However, this also turns to be quite the attraction to the Wolf Spider, one of Gotham's new villains with a special taste for this.

This was actually a pretty good issue. Marc Andreyko does a really nice job at portarying both Kate and Maggie while creating an interesting interaction between all the characters. He also introduces a new and quite interesting new character that certainly provides even more diversity to the title while also creating really good dialogue.

I have to mention that all the metacommentaries about the cancelled marriage between Kate and Maggie were completely on-point with what fans have been complaining on the past few months.

Jeremy Haun starts as the ongoing artist and he also delivers a good work. His style is both vibrant and gothic which is really appropiate for this series.

I'm surprised about how much I liked this issue, hope that the following ones continue to be this good.
