Some thoughts about Justice League #26

The lives from the Crimes Syndicate are being explored by their most recent and lifeless member.

Grid wants to be able to feel the same emotions that every other person in the universe feels but he can't so in his investigation he will find several hidden aspects from his teamates except from one, Superwoman, the most mysterious and manipulative of them.

First of all, this cover is a lie. We haven't seen Power Ring fighting Sinestro in this issue.

Second, this issue was excellent. The story is explored from Grid's perspective and it's a pretty interesting way to see the plot being observed by someone who doesn't care about absolutely nothing but to be human. We see a lot of the different origins from the members of the Crime Syndicate including Power Ring, Johnny Quick, Atomica and Deathstorm, all of them present an interesting twists to their superhetro counterparts and makes this issue packed as hell. There were a lot of intriguing plot-points here.

Ivan Reis continues his stunning work on this title and I absolutely love how different he draws these villains from their alternate versions, especially Power Ring who is much weaker and skinnier than the original Hal Jordan. It's pretty gorgeous.

Fantastic issue and I'm surprised how much this title progresses the main plot in comparison to Forever Evil.
