Lady Shiva has arrived to make a deal with Black Lightning but that might not be enough to stop the forces of Ra's.
More of the same I guess.
Bryan Hill delivers a new chapter where guess what? There's good character dynamics and very little content. Yeah, at this point this has gotten tiring since no matter how enjoyable the interactions between the cast are, the lack of plot progression is frustrating.
There are good moments of interactions concerning Bruce, Jefferson and even Shiva which would be very appreciated if it wasn't for the fact that they don't compensate for the almost offensive decompressed story. Things even even before start moving somewhere.
Dexter Soy's art is really good though, with great storytelling and tons of detail.
Aside from that, you can skip this issue without missing anything.
