Gotham's secrets are about to be revealed.
Batman is investigating what brought Deathstroke and his teams to the city but what he doesn't know is that there's someone even more dangerous around.
Some things to like and others not so much.
James Tynion IV offers a new installment where he offers a few developments. The pacing of the story is quite fast, almost like a big action movie and the writer manages to execute most of these scenes nicely with an emphasis on strong moments and decent enough characterization. The presence of the Joker is also pretty relevant with his inevitable appearance being escalated appropriately.
That being said, I'm still not a fan of the changes Tynion made to the Riddler and the Joker's importance is tiring despite that is not badly executed. Plus, as a Green Arrow fan, I dislike how little importance Merlyn has in the plot.
Guillem March's artwork is really good with beautiful character models and a vibrant and detailed style.
Decent enough but let's see if it improves.
