The Green Lanterns are losing.
The Darkstars have recruited Guy Gardner and now he's going to kill the person who hurt him the most. However, one of his best friends will come to stop him.
This final storyarc continues to escalate really well.
Robert Venditti offers a new installment where he reveals what a Darkstar mantle can do to a person. The characterization that Guy receives here is heavily based on his history with his father, one that he hasn't put behind and it explores the complicated relationship they have. This manages to deliver a strong character moment while also showing how the powers of the Darkstar are probably messing with people's heads as well.
The rest of the cast also receive solid moments during their respective sections. Hal in particular gets a few scenes where it gets revealed his connection to his current enemies and how that will affect future installments.
Clayton Henry handles the art and is really solid thanks to the expressive characters and clean style.
Good read, can't wait to see the upcoming fight.
