Some thoughts about Dark Knights of Steel #3

Who or what is the culprit of this war?

A prophecy has caused a conflict between multiple kingdoms and Jor-El's daughter might be the one who causes the most damage of all.

Little better than the last one but with the same fundamental issues.

Tom Taylor offers a new chapter after the abrupt events of the last one, particularly the insane actions of Zala Jor-El. Now what happens is pretty much what you would expect from a typical Game of Thrones-like series in which different kingdoms get into arguments about how to deal with an inevitable war and to be fair, the different conversations they have here are not bad per se and move the plot forward.

THE PROBLEM is that the only reason why all of this happens is because of a rather dumb "prophecy" that forces the whole conflict to start and provokes an even dumber reaction from Jor-El's daughter who basically is who dominates the whole war in a maniacal thirst for vengeance. There's no mystery here, no bigger motivation for all of this to happen nor a deeper meaning to the story, is simply an incredibly forced and worthless plot.

Yasmine Putri's artwork is really good though with a beautiful and polished style that depicts both characters and action perfectly.

Aside from that, I think this is unsalvageable at this point but I have a morbid curiosity about what will happen next.
