Is The Flash ready for the Legion of Zoom?
The Reverse-Flash has contacted all of Barry's biggest enemies and now they're coming to destroy his life. Now he will have to decide who he has face first.
This is mostly a set-up but it was decently done.
Joshua Williamson prepares a new storyarc by putting all the key players in place. Just as we learned during the last issue, Thawne has recruited most of the Rogue's gallery to go after Barry and this issue deals with such attack. The best part I think are the family dynamics between Barry, Iris and the kids which is decently handled.
The rest of the chapter is mostly predictable. Is typical "All the hero's enemies have joined to go after him" and doesn't really go beyond that, again, this is mostly serves as a preparation for what's coming next. Sure, there are a few plot-points too but aside from those, there's not a lot.
Rafa Sandoval handles the art and is pretty solid thanks to his flexible style that depicts all the characters appropriately.
Fine enough but I hope the next one is better.
