What does the Ultra-Humanite wants?
Superman and Batman are trying to figure out what happened to the Atomic Skull but their real concern should be how the Ultra-Humanite is controlling everyone around him.
This storyarc continues and is still pretty solid.
Joshua Williamson offers a new installment where once again shows his respect for continuity. Just as the previous chapter, he explores the background of Atomic Skull emphasizing he was already reformed and wouldn't have done something like this and, while I dislike that he was killed so soon, I appreciate that at least he received good moments before that. This same sentiment is seen once that the Ultra-Humanite's past is shown even his roots as a common scientist.
The rest of the issue progresses at a nice pace with the threat escalating and revealing what the plans of the villain are which should be further explored in the next installment.
Clayton Henry's artwork is pretty good with a clean and expressive style that depicts every scene nicely.
Good read, hope the next one arrives soon.
