Some thoughts about Black Canary #6

It's the battle of the bands for the fate of Ditto.

Black Canary will be forced to fight against Bo Maeve either with music or with her fist for the sake of one of her youngest friends. However, they will soon realize that something even more bizarre is happening.

Ah, I'm glad to have this series back.

Brenden Fletcher brings a new chapter where he follows immediately after the last one ended with Dinah trying to save Ditto in any way possible. The fight ends-up being obviously more than they were expecting and the best part of this is that the author manages to include some old obscure DC villains as the members of Bo Maeve's band.

The characterization continues to develope satisfactorily, so much that you can actually believe that Dinah cares for all these people and all of them have learned to care for her too. The plot also progresses adequately with several plot-points occurring and the main one delivering even more mysteries.

Annie Wu is back on art duties and her work is still impressive, especially during the action scenes. The fights between Dinah and the rest is just something quite creative and interesting to see.

Enjoyable issue, hope that the next one arrives a bit faster.
