Some thoughts about Red Lanterns #39

Guy Gardner is decided to stop the rage in the world no matter what.

After finding a baby who survived the attack by Atrocitus, Guy knows that he needs to save him despite of what the rest of the people say about him.

Well, this issue was a nice improvement over the previous one definitely.

Landry Walker keeps bringing his little story about a world devastated by rage but this time does it with less heavy-handed narration and themes and much more interesting conflicts.

Guy is especially well portrayed here with some really strong moments that demonstrated the kind of man he is as well as how concerned he is about the rest of the people.

Plus, the ending presents a lot of great opportunities for stories.

Jim Calafiore is on art duties and his work continues to impress with beautiful scenarios and really expressive characters and gore.

Solid chapter. Hope the final one delivers too.
