Some thoughts about World's Finest #4

How can Nezha be stopped?

Green Lantern is being mind-controlled and now both Clark and Bruce will have to find a way to break the spell but they will learn that if they want to defeat the demon they will have to make a sacrifice.

Once again, this proves to be one of the most consistently fun books recently.

Mark Waid offers a new installment where he explores the threat of the demon Nezha. I really enjoy how Waid used the antagonist controlling Hal Jordan as an opportunity to showcase how powerful the character can actually be to the point that he's capable to face both Superman and Batman and be even close to defeating them (is clear that Waid still wants to write Green Lantern after the years he left DC).

The classic superhero fun that you can expect from the writer continues to be present based on the other many heroes who appear here, showing a pretty entertaining way for the protagonists to fight together and even creating a solution for their problems that creates a much bigger one.

Dan Mora remains in art duties and his work is still wonderful thanks to his beautiful style that depicts every scene with a lot of energy.

Great read. Hope the next one arrives soon.
