Some thoughts about The Movement #10

The Movement is planning to reveal Batgirl's identity but it won't be easy.

Barbara starts having flashbacks about the time she got paralized by the Joker and this ultimately will be what gaves her the upper hand against the team. Meanwhile, the metahuman that Barbara has been chasing has decided to give up but that won't be the end of the situation.

Another good entry in this series. Gail Simone focuses once again in one of her specialties that is character work and every member from the cast receives a really good portrayal, I especially enjoyed the depiction of Tremor and her sexuality, this title has certainly delivered in terms of diversity.

I have some problems though and those are related mostly to Batgirl here. One of the problems that i have with Gail Simone's current run on the character is that everything that seems to define her is "The Killing Joke" story which has gotten old by this point and it trascends into this title in not a really powerful way. Not to mention that at time she's portrayed a bit Mary Suish.

Freddie Williams' II keeps deliivering his consistent work month by month and it's one of the best aspects of this series, both vibrant and expressive I always love to see it again.

Solid issue as I mentioned but it had some things that didn't work for me.
