Can Damian get used to his new school?
Bruce wants his son to have a normal life but this might be more difficult than he thinks, especially because a new race of criminals has arrived to Gotham.
Not as good as the first issue but still rather decent.
Joshua Williamson continues to his story still focusing on the dynamic between Bruce and Damian which, once again, he nails quite well. The interactions between both characters is pretty understandable considering all the recent events that has happened in their lives while at the same time showing how much Bruce wants to get closer to his son (and this is where Williamson demonstrates a better handle at Damian since he has been writing him longer). The scenes about Damian in school go as well as you can expect but they're entertaining in their own right.
The plot itself doesn't progress much though aside a few hints about where is actually going since the main antagonists' intentions are not clear yet (and for that reason I'm not particularly sold on them yet). Hopefully this will be fixed next time.
The biggest complaint here is the art though, Simone Di Med's style is very energetic and distinctive but at the same time, it doesn't follow the script particularly well since there are many segments where is very hard to tell what's actually happening or the character expressions are not appropriately depicted.
Overall, not bad but hopefully some of the issues are polished.
