Some thoughts about Robin #16

What does Lord Death Man want?

Flatline has defeated her former partner and now Robin is trying to figure out why but he might be chasing the wrong person here.

I'm back to this series and I'm glad I am since is still pretty interesting.

Joshua Williamson offers a new installment where he explores a new arc surrounding important characters from the opening arc like Flatline along with her complicated relationship with Lord Death Man. The characterization is solid since it allows to know more about the cast and showcases all the growth that Damian had over the course of this run based on the relationships he has created.

Plus, I dig Williamson exploring more of Batman Inc. including different members of the organization and once again, it seems like the writer is not fond of Ghost-Maker at all (as he should) due that he uses every opportunity to make fun of him which I always appreciated. If there's a complaint is that the issue is a bit of a fast read but it gets the job done.

Roger Cruz handles the art and is solid, following the tone previously established while following the script clearly.

Short but sweet, hope the next one arrives soon.
