The Avengers are about to face an enemy they simply can't defeat.
Despite of their differences, the team has decided to work together if they want to destroy Antimatter. However, not all of them might survive this fight.
Er, some things worked, others didn't.
G. Willow Wilson and Kelly Thompson continue their story about how Singularity has come to this universe where her old friends don't get along as well as in her own dimension. The story is kinda by the numbers to be honest where we go for the typical "heroes don't like each other but they ultimately work together to beat a common foe" and doesn't present many surprises aside from that. Even Antimatter is not that interesting of a threat to be invested in it. The only surprise come when one of them ultimately dies in the battle but there's not much besides that.
The interaction is the saving grace here and is well-done for the most part. The tension between the characters is nicely represented while the characterization seems on-point.
Jorge Molina is in charge of the artwork and is pretty good looking with really expressive characters and a nice sense of scale for the battles.
Not really impressed by this and is how I feel about the book as a whole.
