Who has the strongest will?
Batman and Bane are more similar than they think but that won't stop their ultimate fight.
As usual with this run, while some things might have worked, others didn't.
Although is a bit too generous to say that "some things might have worked" because in many issues of this run, Tom King simply failed at delivering a competent story. That's not really the case here however, the parallels that King draws for both Batman and Bane are successful in a few ways and shows how they have endured the same kind of difficulties in many instances while the action scenes get the job done.
That being said, King utilizes the "mother" angle of both characters so much that gets awkward pretty fast particularly in Bruce's case who is already famous for his legendary parents' issues and now he seems to have EXTREMELY weird mommy issues.
David Finch's artwork is pretty competent at least with a quite solid storytelling skill that delivers all the scenes nicely.
Hit and miss overall, pretty much what you would expect.
