Some thoughts about Transformers: Windblade #4

The Combiner Wars is over but the problems aren't.

Windblade is trying to make al the colonies from her planet to get along but it's proving to be more difficult than what she could have imagined. Now, to try to convince the people from Velocitron she will need to play by their own rules.

Well, it's good to know that there's life for this book after Combiner Wars.

Mairghread Scott focuses on the ramifications of the last event by depicting how the people from both Cybertron and Caminus don't trust each other after the recent conflicts and Windblade has been designated to try to unite the different colonies from her planet. It's an interesting premise for the book and creates nice character moments from the protagonist.

There are also some solid worldbuilding aspects like the development of Velocitron and her culture and how it differentiates from the rest. Their people, beliefs and life-style is something pretty compelling to see definitely.

Corin Howell is in charge of the art and while his work certainly has a cartoony style, it still does a good job at telling the story while also making the humourous moments even better.

Solid issue and I hope the book continues this way.
